Our clinic provides high quality, professional, affordable, and accessible healthcare services for our enrolled population to treat illness, disease, or injury.  We can also refer to a variety of other health programmes.  Our clinic offer low cost fees.  We also provide whānau ora support, counselling, and mirimiri services at no charge.

Appointments and Cancellation

Please phone us to book, cancel, or reschedule an appointment.  Please cancel appointments in advance to free up appointment space for other patients and avoid a did not attend charge.  Fees are based on standard consult times; where longer appointments are required there will be an additional charge.

Payment and Fees

Payment is expected on the day.  If you are unable to pay on the day, we appreciate payment by the end of the month (invoices are sent on the day and statements are sent twice per month).
We accept that not everyone can pay on time; please speak to us to make a payment arrangement.

ACC visits are charged at the standard consultation rates.

There may be additional charges for forms, procedures, and materials used.
